This project consisted of creating a logo for a local band. After working through serveral ideas, the idea of using a penny with the bands mascot stamped on it was settled on.

The first step in creating this logo was to illustrate the mascot in Adobe Illustrator and then merge it with the base shape of a penny. The use of one color with several tones based on this color was used to achieve the look and style needed.
